Well. I did not hit my August goal, but at least I am moving in the correct direction. I was very hungry this week and ate over my calorie goal most days. I’ve been eating a ton of vegetables out of the garden which took me out of Ketosis. I also binged on frozen strawberries and milk a couple times. Delicious!!
