Count me in too! I'm 40 looking to lose 15lbs to begin with. If I can manage that then I want to lose another 10. I've just joined. 1st week on mfp.

Thanks for the tips....will look into doing weights more to build muscle mass. Have also started taking a probiotic daily to help with the bloat (my fibre intake is already pretty high). Am trying to "shake it up" by doing cardio 5 mornings a week and going a little under my 1200 calories a day and if I don't see results…

I'm supposed to be on 1200 calories a day which I find is ridiculously low. Mind you I do have a sedentary job So maybe that's why mfp decided 1200 was right for me?
