If 51 is old, I'm in trouble!! 50 is in my near future and I'm in the best shape EVER!! I started at 208 lbs and now I'm at 151 with real MUSCLE!! Lose that "old" mentality!! You will be surprised at what you CAN do.

The only thing that helped me reduce my middle is weight training. After a year and a half I still have a belly. But the weight training had made the biggest difference

(even in my never ending drowsy state) Do you take it during the day? I had to switch to taking it at night. Made all the difference in the world.

I have been taking this for about 10 years. I take it at night. I have lost 55 pounds in the last year and a half through diet and exercise. In this time I stopped taking Paxil. Not sure if that helped or not but I know that I've been very diligent with the fitness aspect and building a healthier lifestyle.
