Tib/fib injury
I broke my tib/fib eight years ago and have two plates and 20 screws. It appears that my increased activity is causing friction at the top of the plate causing a good amount of pain and swelling. X-rays confirm the screws are not loose and no other apparent damage. I will be getting an appointment with the surgeon who made…

Two Years
In September 2013 I tipped the scales at 208. Today I weighed in at 149.4. Two years guys. TWO YEARS. Weight loss and fitness is a journey. It is not, and never will be, a quick fix.

Fitbit alternatives
My Fitbit died. Have used many Fitbit products and have been happy. But with all the new trackers out there, should I stick with Fitbit or venture out with something new?

Crowding that 50 mark
I am crowding that 50 mark and am not liking the changes. Anyone else in the same boat?
