I ordered two boxes with a tank. They mentioned the tank would be an additional two weeks, so will my whole order be an additional two weeks, or just the tank? I'm still working through my last order of Built Bars, so I can be patient.

This is the first time I've experienced a food that Canadians have access to that I, in the US, don't! :/ It's usually the other way around, so good on y'all. Those burgers really, really look good...

Even on keto (hypothetically) a person can't eat all the calories--it would take keto folks in very special situations to spend 720 calories on a single item, just sayin'...

I'm planning to log for the duration. 1. I just consider it daily maintenance, like taking vitamins and brushing my teeth. 2. I have so many other things in my life to track, I can't keep track of what I eat in my head. 3. I come for the logging, but I stay for the forum support.

It was my first day of my staycation, so I treated myself to a McDonald's snack-size Stroopwafel McFlurry. It was everything I hoped for. :) My eyeballs are literally vibrating from the sugar rush, but it was worth it!

I think y'all convinced me to try these. I usually don't like the whey-ish wang of Quest's chips, but we'll see.

Maybe this thread?:

There's a foodie/recipe poster that shall remain nameless that seems to get a "woo" Every. Single. Post. It's like someone insists on a woo tax. Me? I embrace the woo. :o

I bought a box of Banana Foster and posted about it earlier in the thread. I would ask for a sample before buying an entire box, because, to me, it just smells like banana and has no real taste whatsoever. (Except the chocolate coating, but that's always a win...)

Wait...what? Duck DNA = Duck Dairy DNA =/= Dairy? Also, if it is true, I'm feeling the same way about this as lab-grown meat...

I have the suspicion that this looks much, much better than it tastes...

Military slang :) . In my opinion, best eaten before the midwatch (0000 - 0400).

Broccoli and cheese hamsters were my comfort food in the military. I hope a local store carries these!

I buy the cookies and cream version for me and mine. Very satisfying and 160 calories.

Get ready, because here's one person. For me, I needed to get the "losing weight" pattern down before I could start seriously exercising. Even three years into maintenance, it is a constant, sometimes frustrating balancing act between ensuring I get the calories my body needs to replenish and eating too much and…

I took advantage of the Built Bar sale not too long ago and received the free Mint Brownie and Blueberry Cheesecake bars. I also took a risk and bought a box of Banana Foster, which was not in the original variety pack. I said in an earlier post that I had complete confidence that Built could do Blueberry Cheesecake well.…

^^Seconded.

Never fear: If there's one thing I know about this thread, we'll be back to talking about cheese curds or cotton candy-flavored-something before you know it...

There's room in my world for many types of bars, but I do agree that the Built Bar macros are supreme.

Generally speaking, I have found one has to take the calorie counts as a best guess, not gospel. For example, when I run, Strava estimates I burn 113 calories/mile. But, to maintain, I only eat 2/3rds (75 calories/mile). I'll leave the specificities of swimming calories to swimmers, but even with MFP entries like…

You know it's bad when even Maury is doing that face...

With all due respect to Tyler, Texas, and Toledo, Ohio, they choose these cities and not NYC or Philly? I guess supply and demand?
