These replies saying it doesn't matter when you quit eating is music to my ears!! I work 2nd shift, so I don't eat my real dinner til around midnight or so. It's tough doing shift work... with everyone saying I can't eat anything after 7:00 pm. I'd be starving and ready to eat everything by bedtime.

Hey AJ, I'm also doing lchf... I started on 1/10/15 and lost about 9 lbs in two weeks, but then I stalled. I either wasn't eating enough, or wasn't getting enough fat.. or a little of both. But I'm back! And ready to really DO THIS!! I'd love to have someone to cheer on/cheer me on!! Add me as a friend if you'd like to. ;)…

I haven't read the link yet.. getting ready to. So the egg fast, isn't where you fast FROM eggs, but you eat more?? I could do it. I haven't been eating many. I will definitely keep this mind, as Minerva said, for future plateaus! *hugs*
