No but I think he jutm No but I think he meant that you're not supposed to only drink that and that you have to keep eating healthy meals as well. Do you have a powder to mix with water or milk ?

I'm not trying to loose weight. I just heard it was good for the muscles to have 1 Gramm of protein per Kilogramm of the body. And I am definitely not using it as a meal replacement! Thank you so much for the answers everybody ! You're great !

It's a struggle everyday to reach my protein goal. I think it would be better for me to have additional proteins on the workout days. When do you drink your shake ? After training ?

And where do you buy your powder ? In sport shops ? In Switzerland most of the yogurts are with full fat. We don't have a lot of offers.

I'm 1.73 meter and 63 kilograms. I have no idea about the BF. How do you know it ? What kind of protein do you eat ? Powder or "real" ones ?

I am thinking about doing it but now I'm getting ready with resistance trainings. But yeah my goal is to gain muscles. I'm trying to stay around 1500 - 1700 calories a day. I eat between 60 and 80 grams of protein. Is it too low?
