It takes me about 10 pounds to go down a size, too. It is taking less the closer I get to my goal.

Thank you, everyone! Just the boost of confidence I need to keep going. I'm so excited to see my final after pictures, haha. Still a lot of weight to lose before then.

I weigh every day. My withings scale imports everything automatically but I only save Mondays on here. I have other apps where I can see trends; I like to use MFP to see how much I'm losing on a weekly basis.

I eat the same as every other week of the month. It's maybe a bit harder to have self control than usual, but i'm done making excuses for overeating. The cravings will pass whether I eat them or not.

I'm 5'0" and I'd like to get down to 115. After that I'll reevaluate my goals based on body fat %.

Thank you!! Patience has been the biggest key. I used to fizzle out after only a few weeks of dieting because I wasn't skinny instantly. I try to just focus on getting the scale moving the right way and not worrying about how long it'll take to get to my goal. Time passes whether I'm losing weight or not!!

I'm wearing size 8 jeans today. Haven't seen this size in over five years! Last summer I was in size 14, so this definitely is a huge victory for me!
