I just see my psychiatrist and I haven't told him about my food issues. We usually talk about the cause and he adjusts my medication after the check up monthly. But, next definitely I will tell him this :)

I am currently on vacations at home from college for 3 months so I just do one hour walk on my home treadmill daily. When I will be back, I will start the gym again. Thank you

I tried losing 1lb per week my body just don't accept this only when I go for 1200 I see change. :( 150lbs is current goal

Do you exercise? If no start doing it. It doesn't have to be weight lifting necessarily just start with 30 minutes walk. Your body will tone up. Mine did.

I did last year. Controlled portion is the key. Try to incorporate exercise which I didn't and now regert but this year going to. Happy ramadan.

Oh man! The struggle with biryani is real. Since, it has a lots of calories, eating it generously means using your all day allowance in one go and starving the rest of the day. So, I just eat 200 g of it, fill myself with salad and internally cry how my family eats it without restriction.

Your 5.3" and if your activity level is sedentary(pardon me If I am wrong) How can mfp suggests you to eat 1440 as I am 5.4"and sedentary but my limit is 1200 for 2lbs.

How did you lose so much in such a short time. I was 176 lbs when I started now 158lbs after 3 months. I'm 5.2".

I have an audionic mp3 player. It just requires 5 mins charging and last for days. I bought it when I was in 8th grade now I am in college! I don't know if the company sells in your country. Otherwise, It's best.
