I'm not lying to you when i say I just ran on the treadmill for 40 to 45 mins .. even an hr at times.. I would try my best to burn the most calories out as I could evry time I step on there.. and for my stomach .. simple basic crunches .. 100 to 120 to 125 evryday for 5 to 6 days a week den cut it down to 3 days den start…
