Yes! Finally! I'm 6ft 1 SW: 217 CW: 197 GW: 170-175 (that's skinnier than I was in high school) I'd love to add all you tall people!

I'm between 6ft and 6'1" and I started at 214 lbs. I'm 199 lbs now and my goal wt is about 175-180 and I will be sooo happy. My goal is to be 175 by the end of the year (5lbs a month). Sorry I don't have pics! Not enough progress to see yet :/

Damn! Lookin good. You should be proud of yourself. It's truly sexy to see a handicapped dude making no excuses, when there are so many people who find a reason not to work out and eat right. Super motivating!! Keep killin it!

Wow! You look so healthy and happy! Fantastic transformation. 30 pounds from here looks like you'd be so thin! But I'm not here to tell you what your goals should be. Keep doing what you're doing and keep remindin yourself how far you've come!

The no sugar added fudgesicles have been my absolute life saver!! seriously!! They're 40 calories each (but 1 serving is 2 Popsicles) and they totally satisfy my sweet tooth. Otherwise, try alternatives like Halo top ice cream that has protein or a bowl of fresh fruit with a dollop of whipped cream. When there is more to…

Look at pictures from your SW!! 30 pounds is huge, don't underestimate how far you've come, and take a minute to give yourself a little credit! Once you remember how you felt then, and how you feel now that should be motivation in itself. If you want to jump start weight loss after a plateau I would say to switch up your…

I had the same gym fears when I started lifting weights. I watched a LOT of youtube videos to see how the machines work so I had an idea going in. That being said, the machines at your gym are likely a little bit different. See if you can find a friend who lifts that can show you or usually the trainers at the gym give one…

I've had that happen a few times, down to the tenth of a pound. It's kind of weird, Because my scale is digital sometimes I think it's a glitch so I'll step off and on again, but it's still the same.. I weigh in daily too, which makes me losses and gains seem more intense sometimes but as long as I remind myself of where I…

Thanks! I had some extreme problems with bingeing and emotional eating for almost 10 years. As soon as I made the decision to stop, it was easier. ate more whole foods/plant based starches, reduced my meat consumption a little, joined a gym and STOPPED DEPRIVING MYSELF of CRAVINGS! If you know you can't have something, you…

Get a food scale! It's especially helpful for measuring things like meats, nuts, cheeses etc. Things that you can easily go overboard with on accident.
