Thank you so much. It took me about a year. :) i started gymming since October after which i lost 10 pounds, before that it was all dieting. My weight loss was slower than most people, because i cheated on my diet a lot haha. I love food. :smiley:

My cousin gifted me tommy hilffiger capris about 6 years ago and i couldn't even get them over my thighs for the last 6 years. They didn't fir me 6 months ago either but today they were loose on me. Haha

Thanks for the reply. I haven't washed it yet. I just read somewhere that hair shouldn't be tied for the first 2 weeks. But, like you said it didn't leave an imprint, i am considering putting it in a pony tail. Can i use any kind of hair tie?

Thank you so much guys. I just started otf and am doing it along with my diet. My HRM says that i burn 600 calories every workout but i don't know how accurate that is, I eat about 1200-1400 calories a day and workout everyday. I hope it helps me lose weight. :)

Depends on what your goal is. If its only to loose weight you can eat Mc Donalds everyday at a deficit, if its to get healthy along with losing weight then you are better off with fruits and veggies.

Thank you, you awesoms people. I have to say the fitnessblender workout really did something. I have been stuck at 82.8kgs for 5 days and today I am down to 82.3 (1lb down). Yayayay!! I'll check out every thing mentioned in the comments. All very helpful. <3

Thank you so much for your sharing that. I am really interested in dancing /doing fun youtube workouts. I however do not know how to measure the calories burn doing them. Do you use a fitbit or does iphone track it as well? Also, if I may ask ,what youtube channels do you reccommend? Thank you so much again.

You got me. This is my current situation. I am trying to get into jogging/running zone of treadmill but I can barely go over 3 mph.
