That's one reason why I joined MFP. Currently unable to conceive and hoping losing weight helps or at least gets me to a good weight before I go on hormone treatments. Could be muscle gain... And also at 5'7 140lbs is a healthy weight. I'm 5'6 and the healthy weight for that is between 132lbs-140lbs.

Should probably consume between 1500-1700 calories a day. I'm 5'6... 201lbs and trying to get to 150lbs and I eat 1500 calories a day and am steadily losing weight.

You can't really target weight loss... You lose weight in the order you put it on. If you gained belly fat and then gained weight somewhere else the belly fat will be the last to go. Just keep at it. Do cardio and core exercises to strength your muscles in your stomach, that way when you do use the belly fat youll have…

I've been hearing about the arc. Apparently it's better on the knees, which is amazing since I've had back and knee surgery. I'll definitely be looking for it when I go to the gym tomorrow.

Unfortunately my breaks are only 10-15min and then a 45min lunch, which I spend eating and walking to or from my car. It takes almost 5-10 min just to get into my office lol. I did have a break between shifts today though and got a 20min walk in, which felt great :smile:
