You can totally do it and will feel amazing. I just started back at the gym again yesterday after almost 4 years off! Excited to get back to it myself. Currently maintaining at 135lbs! Thanks y'all for the support and the love on my story here through the years. It's much appreciated!!! 🤗💪🙏

Thank you @ketokathy1511 I don't have any machines at all!! I have accumulated a variety of dumbbells now but started with just 5lbers.. I use a few other peices of equipment like a barbell and a crate for step ups. Just DIVE in!!! You will LOVE what it does for your body if you give it a chance!! Would love to connect…

Thanks! Yes maintaining is important!! My baby will be 13 months old this Sunday and after gaining almost 50lbs during the pregnancy, I only have about 10 to go to reach pre baby weight again. The results come by making it a lifestyle! Thanks for your comment.

I do have lose skin and stretch marks! No one is perfect though so I don't let it hold me back.
