O yeah sorry I should mention I've got a couple of light snacks that get my fats in. Any ideas why I feel like I'm eatting more? Lol. Like I said I've set my count to the calories needed to get me down to 12 stone but I feel I'm eatting more then before :S having said that I was definatly eatting the wrong foods before...…

Little update.... I've started using the calorie counter on here and feel like I'm eatting more lol! Having said that I'm preparing more filling cleaner meals now instead of crap and snaking on stuff which im guessing is giving me the full feeling :)

Cheers everyone, I think I'm going to concentrate on keeping to my calorie count to start and once settled into that routine start to bring in the macros :)
