Promoting a user eating 800-1000 calories at 5'6" and 200 lbs is a demonstration that you don't understand how this works. She's not only under eating and likely malnourished, but clearly not logging properly because at 5'1" and 114 lbs, I can lose at more than 1200 calories.

Looks like a good project for you then.
-
I hate it when that happens :(
-
I lost 23 pounds in 6 months, and have been maintaining for 6 months. That's all the numbers I need. Your complicated engineering math is great - for engineering. It's completely unnecessary for weight loss and health maintenance.
-
It's not you, @HippySkoppy.
-
If the human body were a machine that could be mathematically modeled, weight loss would be linear. Show me ONE person who can achieve that.

What she said ^^ Plus, verified entries are crap. You'll learn over time that the best accuracy is to make your own entires. I feel more accomplished when I've cooked a meal and entered it myself. It's not as time consuming as people make it out to be and it solves problem #1. As for #2, the rounding has NEVER affected my…

Dude. You're way classier than that. Stahhhhhp.

Or maybe you just like cabbage.

If you want a "nice" Christmas breakfast, I highly recommend a make ahead option. We used to do an egg casserole the day before and pull apart monkey bread that could be heated up on Christmas morning. That way all you have to do is throw it in the oven.

Captain Obvious, FTW

Second that. Rabbit is wise.

And a whole lot of people justifying it that way.

Amen, sista.

Note to self: learn to play accordion.

That explains that bod then. HOTT.

You're just mad because you only burn 3.5 calories having sex.
-
Oooh me too! Me too!
-
I mean, of course we're all having sex two to three hours every day. Who needs a gym?
-
I'd personally recommend a heart rate monitor. Except I don't believe anyone is actually burning a substantial amount of calories having sex.
-
Personal experience, eh?
-
Sounds like my kind of challenge.

I strongly disagree. That's like saying "this medication works for depression, lets treat bipolar and personality disorder with it, too!"
-
Mood disorders are a very specific diagnosis and cannot be applied to all mental health. Let's take this back on topic.

Worst overestimate I've heard this week. Well done @_Terrapin_

I think there are too many things happening in this thread. The juicing done in the film the thread is based on was 60 days, and is not the same as intermittent fasting. IF is a fine way of eating if you're doing it properly for the right reasons. I would strongly hesitate to promote it for mood stability though because…

So, it's a temporary high, and should be medically supervised. Got it.
-
I'll stick to medical and scientific sources.

Fantastic? It's mentally healthy to be hungry? No.
