I did a comparison as well, i couldn't find anything that was as good on a macro level.

they do remind you of a taffy feeling but they also have chunks of stuff, look at the ingredients and it will surprise you of how little are in there. For example, the chocolate cookie dough has chunks of chocolate in them.

gnc usually has regular sales, buy 3 get 1 free.

I actually liked that the carbs and sugar were lower than other bars that i compared it to. Plus with 20g of protein and 17g of fiber, it seems like the best option i have found.

Some people warm them in the microwave for 5 seconds, i don't really find any issue with them though.

Hyper makes it easier to lose weight but my problem is that your body tries to counterbalance by having some crazy cravings which are very hard to control. Weight gain usually does not occur with hyper but in some cases like mine it does. It took some googling to find people with weight gain and hyper as its not as common.

I am sorry to hear that. I have heard some negative things when they start messing with your thyroid because it directly impacts your weight loss. I am wondering if i leave it untreated until i lose my weight if that would be a better option. Like you said it is easy to go from hyper to hypo and hypo just plain sucks.

i got a hyperthyroid, just found out last month. My thyroid was a .008. I have to go see an endocrinologist in august to see what they are going to do. I am hoping the thyroid pills don't cause me to gain weight.

I find myself if it is around me or suggested to me then i will go for it. i dont know why i do that but i see that tendency in me. i eat out very rarely now and that seems to help. i have more control if i dont have the stuff around me.

high saturated fat, high sodium, high carbs, i guess pretty much high everything (even protein). that is just the baconator, i had the large meal.

Makes sense but that super sized triple baconator meal from wendys is where that philosophy goes wrong at. I mean there are some foods that are really bad for our body. by the way, my last time i cheated that is what i ate which is why i brought it up, ouch!!!

yeah there was some wrong calculations, i straightened it out also i reset myfitnesspal to go off of the 2lbs per week now it is saying 1900cal/day

That may of been what i was reading about. that is the problem when you read so much, the data starts getting mixed in all together and you know you read it but forget where and in what context.
