Appointment is August 14 no i dont think my numbers are off that much. i have a smart scale and it weighs for me, takes my body fat % and my heart rate as well as the air quality. Although i think the body fat % is way off. I decided on oatmeal with some almond milk, i just couldn't see adding all that unnecessary sugar to…

my stomach feels full and i am only at 857 calories, this sucks, lol maybe i will have some sherbert ice cream tonight

same price for gnc though, 24.99 per box, however they charge $0.50 more for a mixture, im sure your paying more than that for shipping, plus its across the street from me so that is the main reason, convenience.
-
i buy mine from gnc because it is across the street from my house and i like picking out a few at a time instead of by the box

drinking water has kept us all alive so i agree, good thing
-
I have heard it, but havent seen any fat loss due to water. I did a challenge of 1 gallon a day for a month, i lasted 5 days but i still drink about 1/2 gallon a day most of my days. somedays more, somedays less.

depends on how much you weigh, for me i would need to call the culligan man
-
oh, sorry I should of pressed "show previous quotes"
-
i wouldnt buy with the box, i usually buy individual, buy 3 get 1 free at gnc, that is what i do. As you can see some people really like them and some people dont at all, so it would very, i would definitely try before you buy a box, btw, you only save $0.50 by buying by the box at gnc

-
any benefits, have you noticed any difference with the added protein/fiber?
-
Holy crap, 3 pages worth of quest bar discussions, I had no idea these were so popular....
-
Yeah, i am kind of scared to go see an endocrinologist about it to be honest. Sometimes doctors make things worse. Any suggestions you use to curve those cravings?
-
Seems like since you are probably the longest quest bar user, have you noticed any long term advantages/disadvantages? how often do you eat them?
-
I need to start traveling to your gnc
-
Where did you get them from? i never heard of it before
-
Your not derailing it, its all good :)
-
+1, i crave quest bars :)
-
I never really craved sweets so i cant actually comment on this, however i do like them :) I wouldnt go full in either, try a few and see if you like and what you like, as i said before, everyone's tastebuds are different
-
I don't know if you noticed or not but the chocolate bars are the ones with the least amount of calories, double bonus
-
One thing i think we can all agree on, all of our taste buds are different, what may taste good to me may tasty nasty to someone else.
-
It may be the whey protein, some people get allergic reactions to it, how are you with whey?
-
One thing that helps me is to pack a lunch and always have some extra healthy snacks with me in case i work over. That way its easier to manage my weight when having to work crazy hours.... hope this helps

I think weighing regularly is important as long as you remember that you are going to bounce around a bit. One of the largest things I found is how certain foods affect my weight which helped make intelligent choices. I would usually look at 2 days prior when weighing myself and see what i consumed. This would show me…

+1

water isnt a food though

Some advice, make sure you drink water with them because they will do this if you dont, it is like it sucks all the water out of your system.
