Ok thanks everyone. This really helps. When I run, I do intervals and stop for one min after ten so I guess I will have to record the calorie burn before each interval. I love smoothies! I have one every day for breakfast, you can make them so nutritious and I find them a lot more filling than eating cereal or oatmeal? When I lost 20 I didn't hear anything which bummed me out but 20 lbs is 20 lbs and you feel the difference, now that I've lost 40 everyone makes a comment. Hang in there, within no time you will be explaining to everyone how you did it!!
