I love Zumba, I've not tried the home videos but would love to hear how you like them? It would be so handy to have the option of doing it at home too.

If I could only bring one food with me to a deserted island, it would be pizza. I hear you. Lately I have been making a lot of pita pizzas and they have really worked for me.

Today I had whole drain bread toasted with tomatoe, avocado, fake bacon bits and vegan mayo sandwich. It was so good and under 300 cal!

Please join! Thinking you're 50 and it will be harder is a limiting belief, time to change that because you can do this regardless of age. We have people in their 50s in the group who have been very successful! It's up to you!! xo

Congrats on your weight loss! 26 lbs is awesome! Do you realize that most people now just gain weight every year and cannot even get started on a weight loss program?! Billions are spent on losing weight. Be very proud.

Loving these confessions! We are only human, I just ate popcorn that my hubby made me even though I was at my daily limit. Hey, what's with these husbands ? Lol. Love them.
