@Maquillage_ I'm so glad I'm not the only one that treats their dog as a baby. I couldn't have children :( so my little rescue chihuahua is my baby. I'm absolutely crazy about him and he is always with me ❤️

I go to the gym for ZUMBA which I love, I lift weights there and will do other cardio. I also have a home gym with a treadmill and weights and love to do home workouts so I can blast the music! I will sometimes dance with light weights in my hands! Can't do that at the gym :wink:

Goals should be specific. I just caught myself, when I said " I will drink lots of water" that's not how you do it. So correction, I will drink min 8 12oz glasses per day. I really only drink water so it will be more.

Mon-fri I make a smoothie, it is quick, easy and low cal. I always use soy or almond milk, protein powder, fruit and greens like spinach or kale. I add water and ice cubes and make a large drink.
