hi i went through the same thing i lost 17 pounds then was not loosing was disapointed in 2 weeks i gain back 8 pounds. but now since 2 weeks i am back and i would says doing great if you want to add me and encourage each other, changing what you eat is a must. veggies seem to help alot.

as must people say, start by walking, go walking everyday for an hour. 30 mins one way 30 back. then you move to available exercise you may have, find in youtube exercise that you may do home. (eat more salad vs big meals

i started the same. i just have 3 big meals, changing to type of more salad during the meal help me out a lot

i work from 830 to 5pm or evento 7pm get home do 1 hour exercise on the bike then eat light and we can doit. :) reason why i got recumbent bike regular stationary bike is heavy on the but and huts lol so this one has bigger seat and after i loose that much weight i should be able to regular bike no pain . be strong and…

my solution to this i got myselft a recumbent bike is more easy work out, but with month of training and diet you can loose. i got mine on special so .......... so fare in so far in 29 days i have lost 10 pounds so everymonth 10 pounds 5 month and done. http://www.fitnesszone.com/product/XBR55.html
