    I'm new too well been on here for 3 days now been at the gym for just over a week and already lost 4lbs so it's working well so far !! Good

    Welcome to MFP! Motivation is key. Have a few short term goals and a big one. As you achieve the smaller ones, keep your eye on the long term one. Good luck!

    Welcome and good luck! Just remember it isn't all about your eating, you have to get that exercise in as well! Stay motivated and positive and surround yourself with people that won't to see you succeed!
