Awesome! Thanks for the answers. I mean I do some cardio (walk the dogs, horse back ride, barn chores, etc.) and work a busy 12 hr shift nursing job while most days getting in my ~10,000 steps with Fitbit. That makes sence. I've been logging my meals and snacks that I plan to eat during work in the day prior to the night shift. It's been really confusing. But for my next set of nights I'll do the 12 to 12 logging. That seems like it will make things much easier.
