I'm just beginning to lift. Not free weights unfortunately, but I have a bowflex. I'm about 10 pounds away from my goal weight but still, well... flabby! I want to tone and build muscle. So my question for you is, do you do any cardio along with your lifting? Is it needed?
Is it possible to turn off the step counter? I wanted to track calories burned while horseback riding but Fitbit charge hr counts the steps my horse takes making my step count ridiculously high. I wanted to only use the heart rate monitor and track calories that way. Is this possible or would I have to buy a new HR monitor?
