been MIA from the boards but still moving! My county fair was last week and we take dairy heifers --- lots of walking and activity --- AND actually lost some weight - which has NEVER happened during the fair before --- feeling stoked and will be keeping track of my intentional walking again starting today. I have only completed 2 days of level 1 so far. Day 3 will be tonight. Right now for me....my pain is mostly in my abs, ribs and thighs. As for your calves...maybe you could do some additional stretching targeting that area to help loosen them up before & after the workout. Congrats on your success so far!! :)
