Well here is my numbers Sept 1. - 0 miles.. didn't get out at all... Sept 2.. approx 1 mile.. walked around during an airshow but did not track time, miles or distance. and today so far just over a mile.0

OK, yesterday was a bust, no walk and blew my calorie budget too, but today I got in a two mile dog walk. I was planning to go further but it is too hot and humid out for this tired Yankee today.0

Great effort folks. We all have days where we can't get going or have other things going on. There is always tomorrow - that's what I tell myself on those days0

I'm in. Had to stop walking and C25k last month because of an injury but I am anxious to get going again. I am going to start off slow and build on my mileage slowly. No injuries!0

5 miles today! Yippee I am back to pre-injury pace and distance. For a total of 13 miles of dedicated for exercise walking in September. Sorry about your injury, @barbiecat, I hope it gets better soon. Love your cute Kitty walking!0
