    :'( I injured something in my hip that has me under the chiropractor's care so my walking will be much less than usual for awhile.

    Walking us my main exercise and since May I can really tell a big difference in my thighs and butt.

    Makes a huge difference.

    Well here is my numbers Sept 1. - 0 miles.. didn't get out at all... Sept 2.. approx 1 mile.. walked around during an airshow but did not track time, miles or distance. and today so far just over a mile.

    OK, yesterday was a bust, no walk and blew my calorie budget too, but today I got in a two mile dog walk. I was planning to go further but it is too hot and humid out for this tired Yankee today.

    Great effort folks. We all have days where we can't get going or have other things going on. There is always tomorrow - that's what I tell myself on those days ;)

    I'm in. Had to stop walking and C25k last month because of an injury but I am anxious to get going again. I am going to start off slow and build on my mileage slowly. No injuries!

    Slow and steady is the best way. You don't want to cause further injury. Enjoy getting out and about again :smile:

    :) I carry my pedometer with me all the time so this is all my walking for each day.

    5 miles today! Yippee I am back to pre-injury pace and distance. For a total of 13 miles of dedicated for exercise walking in September. Sorry about your injury, @barbiecat, I hope it gets better soon. Love your cute Kitty walking!
