Has there been a change in diet? Maybe compare a recent food diary entry to one prior to working out. Also may be building muscle, which is commonly known to weigh more than fat. Are your clothes fitting better?

I'm newer to this, but I'd also like someone to share meal ideas with. My husband doesn't need to lose weighr, and is so picky that I'll need someone else for support while trying to lose weight if you'd like to share with eachother!
