    I would definitely like to do a six week challenge. Fitness pal is quite new to me so this would be my first challenge. How does it work please?

    When does it end?

    Well it can be either!! I want to loose weight and get more active! I'm new to this. I want to loose a stone at least in 6 weeks would love more..

    What things do people eat?? Iv always just eaten whatever and counted on here.. I feel rubbish tho. I have also purchased a Fitbit flex to help motivate.. Anyway back to it!!

    I want to loose a stone by the 27th March! And get fitter
