Thanks everyone for the comments! I'm on day 2 following it ands it's not too bad so far due to my normal eating style consisting of lean proteins & veggies. I just worry about weight gain since it is higher In fats. I think I'll continue following the Paleo principle along with counting macros/Cals & see what happens

I love the banana flavored too!! I sometimes have it as an after dinner snack -mix in a few mini chocolate chips & add some fat free whip cream. It's taste AMAZING!!
