It happens to everyone! After eating a big meal or drinking lots you are not going to be the same weight as first thing on a morning with an empty stomach..very notmal...put the scales away n weigh yourself everyone week/2 weeks at the same time n place that will give you a true reading

I don't think I have a problem I just think once I eat Something unhealthy have been known to binge. I think I just have low self esteem and I'm curvy whilst all my friends are stick thin. X

I eat turkey, chicken, pork, beans, eggs, peanut butter, protein powder etc, I find it easy to meet my protein requirements with these foods

Eat lot of protein,carbs healthy fats and lift weights to bulk up!

I grab a protein shake, 1 slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter on takes 5 minutes! Or branflakes/alpen fruit n nut already packed empty into a bowl add water 2 minutes and it is done! Tastes gorgeous too and very filing, 158cals per bowl X

Thanks for the response! I eat up to 100g of protein a day I never eat all sugar I try to balance as best as I can. Some days I eat up to 150g of carbs and my sugar just always seems to be abit over due to fruit, yogurt and breakfast bars to snack on mid morning. I think I will try to swap some fruits with veggies and see…

Thank you so much a lot of people tend to say I don't need to drastically lose weight but I would feel better within myself I think with being very short I feel frumpy. Xx

Thank you 999tigger I find that I can go 6 weeks without cheating or even being fazed by junk food but as soon as I have the smallest thing that's it for me.

Thank you for advice. For example for breakfast I sometimes have oats, banana, protein powder and a tablespoon of peanut butter blender to ensure I include all foods so its not just a drink itself. However, sometimes I eat the porridge separate with banana instead of drinking it. I ensure I include all foods and don't miss…

Maybe try meal replacement but making your own including lots of protein to your diet to fill you up for longer but keeping the cals down :) x
