Do you have a kettle at work? If yes Google healthy home made noodle pots that you can prepare a few days in advance and you just add hot water to warm them up. You could also try simpler things such as a salad or a sandwich for lunch.

I've cut it out and I've seen greater weight loss but I think that's to do with the lack of drunk munchies than the wine calories!

Just got a Shine for Christmas and I love it! Everyone I know has a Fitbit, which is no good for swimming. Sent out some request for friends to help keep me motivated. I really enjoy trying to beat the average user on it too!
