Misfit, Weight Watchers and Fitpoints
Hi there, I've synced my Misfit with the Weight Watchers app but I think it's double tracking. I'm getting fitpoints for both the total steps AND the minutes spent doing that excersise. Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Interval Training - track as a walk or a run?
Hi, I recently started the NHS' Couch 2 5K program and it's intervals of running and walking. I use a Mistfit Speedo Shine to track my excersises but I feel that when I track it as a walk it's not a fair reflection of the activity but nor is running. How have others got around this? Thanks

WW No Count or Smart Points?
Hi I started Weight Watchers over two weeks ago and have been using the Smart Points system. In the first week I lost 6lbs and then the second week, nothing. I don't eat all of my weekly points and I don't eat my FitPoints so I'm slightly confused! Do people who do WW find that they have more success on No Count or the…

How many pounds to an inch?
Hi there, I appreciate that the answer will vary depending on build etc, and whether you build muscle or just drop fat, but I was wondering how many pounds people lost before they lost an inch around their waist or hips? I'm just trying to gauge a ball park figure! Thanks

How accurate is MFP's excersise calorie listings?
The amount of calories burned during an excersise differs massively between MFP and the bike that I do it on. Bearing in mind that MFP has my personal details such as height and weight and the other doesn't, which is likely to be more accurate?

More than two fast days?
Hi there I've just started the 5:2 diet and was really pleased with the first week. I'm finding the fast days, not easy but not a struggle either. I've got 80 pounds to lose and was wondering whether other people had tried 3 fast days of even alternate days? Thanks
