Hi, im 18, male, 5ft 9in, 140lbs. Ive finally reached my goal in terms of fat wise, however I would love to gain some more muscle. I am in the process of making a meal plan. Does anyone have any breakfasts they can reccommed? Thanks.

Protein is muscle gaining's best friend. Anything high in nutrients would also be good.0
