Wow! Thank you all for such open responses about making the connection between emotions and eating. I will take some of the advice, especially to ask myself if I'm eating because I'm hungry before I eat. That is rarely the case to be honest. I never miss a meal so I'm wondering if I will even be able to answer that…

Thanks Wizzybeth! I see what you are talking about within the myfitnesspal program online and over the phone. And you are right about having to take responsibility for my nutrition and make those decisions after doing some research about what will work for me. Betsy
