LOL! got it! Yes I'm weighing / measuring everything. I do suffer from hypothyroidism ( sorry forgot to mention) but it's totally under control. Anyway, I'm just going to keep at it and maybe stop weighing myself everyday.

Dear RubyLou, What is TOM? No, I'm not replenishing calories lost whilst working out. I guess I could live with the lesser amount of weight loss so long as it only goes down :)
