There's a bit of irony here, in that reportedly, that's what happened to Steve.
-
Um, what is it?
-
[incredulity intensifies]
-
Yup, bookmarked. Thanks!

I drink a lot of black coffee on a daily basis, but I'm going to assume that any calories in it are well within the margin of error for any calorie counting I do that day.
-
I don't count coffee at all unless I'm not drinking it black, which is rare.

Sounds like you're like me and belly fat will be the absolute last thing that your body will shed when losing fat. It sucks, but there's genetics for you.

Wipe the equipment down, it's no big deal. I do that even when I'm not a sweaty monster, out of courtesy, and it's an easy nonverbal signal to whomever is waiting that you're done with the equipment.

Umm, in no way is Graze an MLM scheme. Is it cheaper to make the snacks yourself? Sure, but you're paying for convenience, and some of the ones I really like would be difficult/impossible for me to make at home. Plus, I get a variety of four reasonably-portioned snacks I can take to work every week. If I were bagging stuff…

Try the Hennepin and Three Philosphers, also by Ommegang. So good.

Enjoy your 102-calorie Coors Light and pretend I never said anything.
-
I'm a craft beer nerd, so I make the sacrifice for the calories. It's not too bad, though. Mine usually run about 200 cals/12 oz. Your Coors Light will be quite a bit less than that, but for me, that's not worth drinking.

Manhattan, martini, mojito, and Tom Collins are all relatively low-cal cocktails. I usually go for beer, though, since it's a bit easier.

I just tried in Firefox and had the same problem as you, where it didn't *look* like it saved the recipe, but apparently it did... for every time I clicked the button. I now have 8 "liver & onions" recipes. :-D It seems to work better in Google Chrome. But, yeah, this appears to be a pretty significant issue. Why were you…

Any MD who believes he can solve gastrointestinal problems via spinal manipulation should have his license revoked.

Chiropractic is quackery. Please stick to actual medicine.
-
What browser are you using? I find that the recipe builder doesn't like Firefox.

I await vigorous, reasoned debate on the subject in this thread.

I like raw, unsalted walnuts in my oatmeal. Pecans are good, too, but IIRC the walnuts compared favorably in calories and protein per serving.

I really hope whomever flagged OP did so by accident.
-
I wonder if OP is seeing targeted ads for weight loss/diet/fitness products while logging? I just experimented by turning off AdBlock, but didn't get anything scammy.

I started a few weeks ago, and I've been tempted to "skip ahead" and add more than 5 lbs./session to the exercises, but I've held off on that. Like you said, it's a marathon, not a sprint. I'll agree that the squats were on the easy side at the beginning, but this morning was the first time where I really needed to push…
-
It better not be that last one.

Okay, so ETF = Eat the Food. MTB = ?

Man, I wonder what the government thinks of the bratwurst I had for lunch.

I'd link you to a cartoon poster about logical fallacies, but I figure you won't take that seriously, either.

"You know science is working when a scientist can prove themselves wrong." Love it. Also, +1 for The Nib, which has plenty of other quality content.

Weigh solids and measure liquids by volume. Yes, MOAR CHEESE!
-
This is what I did, though I still get my caffeine from other sources.

I like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, chocolate. Note that my criteria for choosing stuff like this usually boils down to, "Does it taste good?"
