Can these people not do plate math?

Link, please?

Duh, a Western diet: Drink up!
-
Those sound amazing. I probably would have caved and had the good beer as well, though.
-
but mah apple cider vinegar is magic
-
Those would have to be some damn good nachos for me to drink a Bud Light. I just shudder to think that there are poor souls out there drinking lite beers in the name of fewer calories, rather than drinking them because they like them.

If it fits, then it fits. The Big Mac isn't considered in isolation; it's part of a daily intake that satisfies all micro/macro needs. Isn't that the cornerstone of IIFYM? Or am I missing something? I will admit I'm new to the IIFYM philosophy; I recently switched from weight-loss mode to maintenance/trying to bulk.

Does not compute. One does not skimp on beer. Fair enough. I just object to the phrasing, I guess -- it's not cheating if it fits, even if you have to adjust the rest of your day to accommodate it. For example, on Thursdays, I usually skimp on calories for breakfast and lunch so I can fit a Jimmy John's #2 and…

I think you may have misinterpreted the Y in IIFYM. If I wanted to fit a Big Mac into my daily intake -- and I certainly could -- I would be doing it such that it fits my macros, not yours. It would still be "real" IIFYM, whatever that is; it wouldn't be a "cheat meal" or a "cheat day" or whatever you would like to call…

Random thoughts for what works for me. I've lost around 50 lbs. and am now trying to put on muscle (with limited success so far, but that's a whole other topic...) Plan your meals ahead, if you can. Knowing what you're going to have for dinner before deciding what to snack on after lunch, for example, can be very valuable.…

Fits mine just fine, thank you very much. Never found any maggots in my fast food, either.

I recall a story of some monk or priest in the Middle Ages declaring rabbits to be fish so they could be eaten during Lent. Can't find a source on that one, though. I do know that French Canadian Catholics had beaver classified as a fish for a time, however. They swim so well, they must be part fish!

I want this. Do they deliver?
-
Ha-ha funny, or facepalm funny? I'm scared to look.
-
I doubt #2 is anywhere remotely true, but I have a high-powered blender (BlendTec) that will "cook" soup on the highest settings. Seriously, warm enough to eat.
-
That ain't bacon, sorry.
-
FTA, with some editorializing by yours truly: I just love pop-science articles, they are the best. I would love to read up on how my bacon habit is going to kill me, but alas, I will be content with just being told that it is so. Also FTA: At least they offered a link to their "SUGAR IS THE DEBBIL" claim, but it's to…

I do, in fact.

The goal is, as posted above, "For guaranteed weight Loss = clean litter box @ night." No one said a cat has to fill up said litter box.
-
Wait, wait... I just realized Step 1 is "Acquire litter box." Cat not necessary.
-
Is your son visibly overweight? If not, I wonder if there's an actual problem to be solved here. I also have a seven-year-old son, and he's probably underweight. He hates running, too.
-
Step 1: Obtain cat Dammit, I've already failed.
-
Someone already linked that on page one, and managed to do so without pasting the entire cited works text into their comment.
-
For bad breath?

I had no idea UMN had a "Center for Spirituality & Healing." My tax dollars at work! *barf*

OP, this should be all you need to read to tell you that the person pushing this diet is a nutcase bananas.

But spiders are our friends!

Not buying the tea at all would certainly be cheaper than both other options.
-
Common sense indicates to me that you are unnecessarily buying and drinking a lot of ginger tea. I hope you enjoy the taste.
