My favorite would have to be bacon. I eat it on sundays only and 4 slices along with eggs and hashbrowns. That is my weekly splurge meal.

I bought it due to a friend selling it. It did nothing but waste $130.00. I tried it for 2 weeks and lost nothing, the friend didn't supply me with a meal plan or anything.

Have you tried Rice cakes? They can't replace cookies but they give the sweet taste if you get the flavored ones and are very low calorie wise.

I totally failed on my workouts this week, Only went twice. Kind of in a "I don't care" phase as the pounds are not dropping.. I de-motivated myself. And I had a cheeseburger and fried zucchini last night, It didn't even taste that good.
