I’m halfway through my weight loss journey (25lbs down and 25 to go!) and would love some new friends on here for mutual support. ☺️✨

I do it and I love it!! I eat my whole days worth of calories in 2 hours usually. Something about it just jives with my body and feels natural. Took about two weeks to get used to it. It’s nice because I only have to plan one big meal a day for myself and only wash dishes from one meal too. Probably the biggest thing I…

Okay okay. First of all you look GREAT. You should be so proud of yourself. It must be so hurtful to have your husband who is supposed to be your biggest support put you down. I would be honest with him about how his comments make you feel. He may be doing it without realizing how much it actually hurts you. I hope you…

Anyone can add me. I'm an active member and like to post and engage with people's posts too

I have that all the time. Every time someone sees me tracking my food or losing weight they give me their two cents on what works and what to do. Even though I have something that's working for me I smile and listen to them with an open mind because you can always learn something. It can be annoying but there's no harm in…

Maybe just steer clear of the forums, do some research and keep using the app. Try a few things out for yourself and see what works for you personally. By at least tracking your food you're keeping yourself accountable and also able to identify patterns that could be helping or hindering your weight loss journey. Good luck…

Hahaha this sums up my life. I am 5'10 and I currently weigh 200lbs and fit a size 10-12 depending on the store. At my lowest I was 160 and people thought I was sick/anorexic. I've never met someone who is in the same boat. I'm gonna send you a friend request!

I sent you a request. Anyone else feel free to add me! More the merrier! :)

Wow you look so good! Congrats on the weight loss. How are you finding the scaring? I want to do this but was told the scaring can be pretty intense. How has your experience been with it? If you feel comfortable with it can you post a photo?
-
I was thinking about trying this. Was it a hard adjustment the first few fast days? Also I would be worried that people would think I'm anorexic or something. Have you run into that?

Pulled pork eggs Benedict brings me right to heaven. Also I love hot buffalo wings with blue cheese dip. Agh.

Wow congrats! That took lots of hard work and j bet it feels so good. You're so inspiring!

Haha that last part made me laugh. Any tips on how to prepare the flax meal?

Almond milk (or whatever milk you like) Banana Chocolate protein powder (I use vega) Natural peanut butter (add more to increase the calories.. I only use a small amount) You could add yogurt to this or some cinnamon Chocolate, peanut butter and banana are the bomb together ! Good luck!

Amazing, but I can't be in the same room as it.

I put cherries and almond butter in it. Makes a good taste.

Cut the processed OJ. I eat fruit in moderation as well. If you're trying to lose weight then cutting processed sugar really seems to help me. The less I eat, the less I crave it!
-
Greek yogurt? I mix it with avocado and hot sauce.
-
I used to work at starbucks. You could order a triple tall vanilla Americano misto with half sweet vanilla(1/2 the syrup) to cut down on calories. Basically it's less sugar and instead of a latte (that has all milk and shots) it has shots plus hot water plus some milk and foam so it's less sugar and milk.

I make overnight oats! Plain Greek yogurt with chia seeds, rolled oats, some almond butter and frozen organic cherries. Sooooo yummy. I make a weeks worth at a time in little cute canning jars and they're a grab and go breaky after yoga!
-
Drink warm water! Or maybe water with some chia seeds. Good luck! I'm in the same boat!

If you're in a pinch for time I do hardboiled eggs or hummus and cucumbers. But honestly I think that meal prep is the #1 way to avoid scrambling.
