What I've found from this is that I should just keep on doing what I'm doing and I'll still lose calories. I've taken my measurements and I've lost an inch round my waist :) So even though I only lost a lb losing an inch is fine by me :) and my fitness is improving too.

No I don't think I've quite got the whole weight loss thing because I'm not doing it very successfully at the moment lol. Maybe I'm just being impatient, a lb is still losing even if it did take two weeks. And yep I thought you'd burn more calories if you pushed yourself a bit more

I think I'll have to get something that monitors my heart rate while I'm exercising. Because I've always walked a lot and walk everywhere I guess I'm just used to it

I thought that was really wrong! Some days when I'm not being very good I eat some of my calories from exercise back but not too many. I wonder why it's so wrong on endomondo? Ok I'll mix up my exercises a bit and do different things.

I have a stationary bike, so instead of going for a walk I'll jump on that more. I have a zumba game on the wii, haven't been on that for ages, I'll have to dig it out!

I think I'm going to try and reach a healthy weight, I'd like to get down to 130 - 140lbs, don't know if that's possible!! But I'm not going to take so much notice of bmi and ratios anymore :)

I know it's right at the top of the healthy range and my weight is not good. I was just surprised that 32'' came in to the healthy range at all, especially as my bmi is terrible and I'm classed as obese. Yep I'm pretty overweight and I'm not very tall, my thighs are quite big, not really wobbly or anything but my arms are. My boobs are an F at the moment.

I'm glad that I don't carry so much weight round my stomach because as you say that's quite dangerous but I hate having a big chest. Boobs are just fat at the end of the day and fat is fat! I don't think it's at all accurate, I've been doing half hour on a stationary bike and half an hour walking every day and it tells me I've burned hundreds and hundreds of calories, I don't think that's right!
