  • Thank you all for amazing advice. I totally over think things. One day, one step, one change, at a time!!
  • I definitely can not quot my job. I own my own home so that's not an option. But thanks, wish I could☺
  • Yess, I tend to overthink things. Thanks for the advice.
  • Wanted to add this...it's crazy bc I'm so into fitness and health but only watching other people's journey. When I watch them and see their journey I'm so modivated to make a change but I never take action for myself.
  • It sucks getting so excited about something just to loose that and feel disappointed all over again. I was laid off from my job early last year, so I took the time to focus on fitness and healthy eating managing to loose about 15lbs. Started working the end of 2015 and currently have I gained it back and a few more pounds.…
  • Happy Anniversary. It's also my 7th anniversary and we both have to work so no time for partying. That will keep me on track. I know this week was busy, and even though I was under my calorie goal everyday, I wasn't actually eating enough. Skipped breakfast all week.
  • Hommade chicken parmesan, side salad and of course break sticks. If I go out its for a good burger, fries and shake!
  • I was also told that people who are already fit and are maintaining need carbs before bed bc they burn more fat faster than someone overweight. But idk. Thanks for all the advice and I'll check out some of those tools.
  • I also use a smaller plate. And I start by filling it half with veggies then protein and carbs on the other half. With binge eating, I do it at times and always feel so guilty. Remember why you started your journey and where you started from. I have a picture on my wall when I first stared my journey for a reminder, "I…
  • I haven't ever been to this part of my fitness pal but will definitely check it out. Thanks so much.
  • I'm assuming money was wasted. Should have just come on my fitness pal years ago. Lol. But I did loose weight.
  • I'm guessing I should start taking you guys advice when I have questions and concerns about health. Thanks.
  • Yes ma'am I did have to pay him. He based everything off my fitness level and lifestyle. At the time I was mainly active during the day so he wanted me to consume carbs during the day. And since I was lazy in the evening to not consume them. Along with that I was in a habit of eating once a day (evening) and he said I've…
  • Yesss!! I love fitness blender. They have a wide variety of workouts for all fitness levels. Good luck.
  • Yes. I need to go by target and get a scale asap.
  • I'm just quoting and giving advice that my nutritionist gave me when I was overweight and try to loose weight fast. I was told no carbs after 3pm. And the carbs I do consume had to be healthy carbs.
  • I appreciate the positive outlook on it. Thank you. I have been doing some weight training a couple days a week as well, but wasn't quite sure if that could have an effect.
  • I use an app and have a goal of 10000 steps a day. Suprise I've met that goal and some all week. Adding to that I've added in cardio once this week and weight training twice. Not seeing much progress but not giving up. I remind myself that others see the progress you make before you see it. Good luck this weekend!!!
  • Unfortunately I don't have one.
  • I've always been told by nutritionist not to drink you're food, meaning meal replacement shakes. Make sure you eat carbs for breakfast and lunch and none after lunch. You're body needs carbs to help you have energy. Healthy carbs though, like oatmeal and brown rice. Always carry fruit with you for a snack incase you're…
  • Hi, my name is Crystal. I'm in ur situation as well. I always seem to get so motivated amd start my journey, then fall off and go back to old bad habits. Life gets busy but I never stop trying. I really enjoyed insanity. I did it around 4 years ago and remember I couldn't do a single push up, or situps. After I stuck with…
