  • Thanks for all the advice...it is discouraging as I've finally become motivated to get moving, walking, running etc. I will take the swimming advice and also hope it's not a stress fracture. Hobbling 4 blocks downtown for work today was a pain. And yes, definitely keeping my calorie count within my range.

  • Same as others. I recently picked up my Fitbit Charge and love it. My 2 year also loves it as she tears it off at any opportunity. It has honestly motivated me to keep up and I'm working my way to a regular 10,000 steps a day. Although today I'll be doing more sitting, overdid it at the gym last night and now I'm limping.…
  • Thanks...I figured as much. I have to realize that I can't lose the 20 lbs overnight, it needs to be a gradual and safe weight loss alongside better eating. To the Running Room!
