I do this for my family as well... This week... 1. Garlic and Herb Pork Loin w/ green beans 2. Chicken and Broccoli stir fry 3. Turkey meatloaf w/ baby carrots 4. Zesty chicken and rice 5. Homemade Chicken fajitas

My go to dessert is ... 1/2 C Vanilla Frozen Yogurt 1/4 C Sliced Strawberries 1 Banana Sliced 1 TBS Hershey's Chocolate syrup drizzled over top 1 TBS Grape Nuts sprinkled on top -of course you can chose your favorite flavors/fruits. Simple and delish!

I definitely think it's a mindset. Sometimes I'm not even hungry but it feels like I have to have it!! The times I am hungry I try not to snack because I worry about using too many of my calories. Great ideas! Moyer566 you're right. I need to distract myself when it happens. If I took a walk every time I got a craving I'm sure it would help in my weight loss! Lol Sherrynickel, what is this deliciousness you speak of?! I LOVE fudge pops!! Haha! Where can I find these? Any typical grocery I assume?
