Help! I'm going crazy!
So it's now very clear I have a terrible food addiction. Several times a day I'm hit with cravings! Juicy cheeseburger, delicious ice cream, tacos and burritos, etc! As I sit here writing this, I'm fighting the urge to hit up the nearest drive through. How do you get through those cravings?!

Where did my steps go??
I noticed for the last few days, MFP hasn't been tracking my steps. I have it set up to track through my iPhone. I've checked the settings to make sure it's still set up that way. Any suggestions??

What's for lunch today?!
I need more ideas for lunch! I've been eating a sandwich and fruit everyday and by the end of the day it seems I've had nothing but carbs all day! So....what are you having for lunch??

Soooo Stressed!!!
AHHH!!! I'm only 1 week in to this but I'm completely stressing myself out. This is only my 587th time trying to lose weight and get healthy. Everytime I do the same thing...I go balls to the wall change everything, cut out everything I love and force myself to eat things I hate. It lasts a very short time and I give up.…
