I googled those shirataki noodles and they are pretty expensive...

Are shirataki noodles low carb?

Thanks for the suggestions. I struggle cause I don't have a lot of time to get things done once I get home like grocery shop, cook, clean, exercise. So I try to cook the chicken cause its easy. I'll take a look at the food posts.

I used to drink about a liter every day. Now I might drink a 12 ounce can a day.

I was drinking water with lemon but the lemon gives me horrible heartburn.
