  • I was just wondering if theres some sort of reason behind it. I want strawberries and blueberries and watermelon and bananas and pineapples. I also am craving grapes. Is it bad to eat too much fruits because of the sugar and carbs?
  • I'm starting recovery from an ED. I'm still under my calories. But going up in calories hasn't made me gain any weight. I'm supposed to eat 1900 a day with my activity level to lose 1/2 a lb a week.

  • It hasnt ever been like that with me. I have insomnia and was getting about 5 hours of sleep a night and barely eating. Gym twice a day plus all the normal experiences of walking around a huge college campus. Then going to the gym in the early am. I like eating more because it makes me feel like im not dying so thats nice.

  • I dont have a thigh gap really. Its just how my legs look, they touch if my knees are together so not a thigh gap. Im doing weights. And trying to eat more.
