I just sent the request! :)

I know it isn't the best thing, but I usually just grab a snack at about 4 and it's usually a p3 lunchable protein pack. 110-190 calories. Holds me over until 730ish when dinner is.

It took my body almost a month to stop retaining water so my weight increased and then just thus week I've dropped 5 pounds. Remember, weight loss is not linear. It's the overall trend. :)

10 minutes driving. I tend to go early in the morning after I drop my boyfriend off at work (4am) and before I go into work (8 am) if I don't go then, then I go late at night 830pm or later. Right when my son is getting settled into bed.

I feel the same way. I'm 34 pounds down of about 75ish that I want to lose. Started out as a 14/16 and haven't bought new pants yet because I feel like I would be kidding myself to try them on. I just keep going to goodwill and getting dresses because I feel better in them. I know I've lost weight, but it hasn't clicked…

Look at this lady! Wow. Truly an inspiration.

I do my walk at 3.2 and my beginning of the week runs at 5.0 (to make sure I get through) then bump it up later in the week to 5.4-5.5 just to make sure there is definitely a challange. :) Week 4 day 2 today!
-
Yes! They mean for you to have rest days in between. As for me, I'm supposed to be on week 4 day 1 today. I'm gonna try it but I'm nervous as last week was pretty rough.

Finished week 3 day 2 followed by 6 miles on the bike and another mile on the elliptical before my legs told me it was time it cut it out. This is no joke. But I do feel sooooo much better.

I run on the treadmill that I input my info on. So I typically log the 4.0 mph and then just adjust the time until it matches the treadmill. I don't know how accurate that is, but it seems alright. Edit: my runs are typically slow. (5.0-5.5 depending on the day)

I just finished week 3 day 1. *kitten* just got real.

Week 2 day 2. It's literally getting so much easier this week. Plus I'm looking forward to the run (and the elliptical after)
-
You can do it! I was worried about today and it went by with no problem. I actually thought I could have run farther!

I just took a look at this. 3 months have gone by and it's so much easier to eat 1200 calories now. I was eating little food that was high calorie and now I eat lots of low calorie fruits and veggies. I never wake up hungry anymore and feel so much better. 30 pounds makes all the difference in the world. Knowing my body…

I definitely saw some bugs in the flour. Also have you seen banana spiders?

I feel pretty today.

This is awesome. I'm 15% smaller than I think I am. But, that's less than I thought it would be.

I'm having the same issue with someone that I work with occasionally. She started seeing a dietician around the same time I started MFP and her dietician has her doing crazy things that I couldn't do and wouldn't be able to stick with (i.e. eating nothing but dark green leafy vegetables for a week) but it works for her and…

Congrats!!

I'm 41 months pp (haha) and just started in February really trying to get myself under control. I'm about 3# away from prepregnancy weight and have no plans to stop anytime soon. I want to weigh what I did in middle school! 156. (I've always been a big girl) Anyways, congrats on your journey!

I'm going to chime in here just as a side note. I'm not attracted to overly muscular men, or overly slender men. The "dad bod" tends to be my type (always has been). It's not necessarily every woman's perspective, but it's mine.

Today... I completed week 1 day 2 of c25k and my corporate trainer came to the office today and said "holy cow, how much weight have you lost, you look awesome!"

70 day streak with 26 pounds lost!
