I knk I show people my picture and they ask if its my sister. Sorta embarassing bc it doesnt look like me. And ill take a picture to look back on. Just depressing!! One day at a time.

Wow, great for you. Keep up the good work. I grew up with my family eating nothing but junk because we couldnt afford healthy food so its all I know. I seem to gain lose gain lose. Time to make this round different.

Yeah. That would be hard on your body. I just remeber losing 15 lbs a month years ago but I feel that my metabolism has slowed down like crazy.
